FAQ

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We can update your shipping address before your order enters the packing process. Please email our support team at pashari@163.com with your order number and new address as soon as possible.

Address changes may be limited during high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, etc.).

My order has shipped, but I need to change the address.

We cannot modify the address once the package has been shipped. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. We will notify you if this occurs.

We cannot reship returned orders. If you still wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also view tracking information in your account under the Order History section.

Why isn’t my tracking updating?

International shipping can take 3–20 business days, and tracking status may not update in real time. Your package is still in transit; please allow extra time for tracking updates.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Carriers sometimes mark items as delivered early. Please check with your household members, neighbors, or local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

I haven’t received my package 30 days after shipment.

We recommend waiting an additional 5–10 days for further updates. If there is still no progress, contact us at pashari@163.com for assistance.
