Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany, Italy, Poland, and more.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing time: 1–3 business days. Shipping time: 3–20 business days for international orders. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

How much is free shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $60.
South Africa: Free shipping on orders over $80.
Philippines & United Arab Emirates: Free shipping on orders over $100.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change the address before packing. Email us at pashari@163.com with your order number and new address.

Can I change the address after my order shipped?

No. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed. If returned due to wrong address, we will refund but cannot reship.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email after shipping. You can also check it in your account on pasharigo.com.

Why is my tracking not updating?

International shipping may take 3–20 business days. The package is still in transit even if tracking does not update immediately.

My package shows delivered but I didn’t get it.

Please check with your household, neighbors, or local post office. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

What if I don’t receive my package after 30 days?

Wait 5–10 more days. If still no update, contact us at pashari@163.com.

Do you offer a guarantee for lost packages?

Yes. If your package does not arrive within 45 days of shipping, we will provide a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel for a full refund before the order is shipped. Email pashari@163.com with your order number.

How long does a refund take?

We process refunds within 48 hours. It usually takes 3–10 business days to show in your bank account.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Non-quality-related return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How do I return an item?

Email pashari@163.com with your order number and photos. We will reply with return instructions within 48 hours.

What items cannot be returned?

 

  • Items without prior approval.
  • Items not in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
  • Digital products and gift cards.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We provide a 30-day one-time exchange service for the same style. Email pashari@163.com with your order number.

Can I exchange if the item is out of stock?

If the item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal or lower value.

Can I return items bought from other websites?

No. We only handle orders purchased from pasharigo.com.
