Cancellation & Refund

If your order has not been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

To request cancellation, please send an email to pashari@163.com with your order number. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Once cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment card (credit/debit card). Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Return & Exchange

Return Period

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Non-quality-related returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect shipping address, delivery failure due to customer error) require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.

Return Process

  • We will process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation reply.
  • Mark your order number and "Return" on the package, then share the return tracking number with us.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Checking your order confirmation email.

If you still cannot find it, email pashari@163.com with the following information for faster assistance:

  • Full name, email address, shipping address, and order date;
  • Purchaser’s full name if the item was a gift.
